DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2021.101006
Abstract: Digital Image Processing (DIP) plays an important role in the process of segmentation and classification of biomedical images. The detection of melanoma from skin images is the most widely used in biomedical imaging applications. In this paper, a new algorithm for the detection of melanoma from digital images using multiple extraction capabilities with a support vector machine (SVM) for very precise classification. To train SVM, more characteristics such as color, texture, and statistical characteristics are taken into account. To increase the sensitivity of the classification, feature extraction is performed in the RGB (red, green and blue) and HIS (hue, intensity, saturation) color domains. Two separate modules for training and testing are performed with sample data collected with the help of medical experts. To separate the skin region, a song-based segmentation technique is used in the gray scale component of the input image. The proposed method is tested with various images which are collected from different patients from different locations. From the validation of the result, it is clear that the proposed algorithm can provide a maximum precision of 95%, which is the best compared to conventional classification algorithms

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2021.101009
Abstract: In the last few years, the usage of online platforms has increased very rapidly. It lets the user to interact and upload content for others and also has become an integral part of many people's life. The user generated content posted by users contributes to the richness and variety of content on the web but isn't subject to the editorial controls associated with traditional media. Due to this some users can post content which could harm others, particularly children or vulnerable people. The amount of content generated on these platforms is increasing day by day, it's become impossible to spot and take away harmful content using traditional approaches at the speed and scale necessary. This paper examines the capabilities of machine learning technologies in meeting the challenges of moderating online content. For this we propose an Online Social Network System which does not allow its user to post hate comment or post. We have developed a machine-driven solution which automatically detects hate content in the form of text or image on social networking sites. For text classification various baseline models such as Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes and Random Forest were used. The final model was a Support Vector Machine model that used TF-IDF for feature engineering. For image classification a combination of VGG19 pretrained on ImageNet dataset and BERT Language Model was used.

IRIS RECOGNITION FOR SAFETY
Dr. Harpreet Kaur Sethi
DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2021.101013
Abstract: Iris recognition is an automated method of biometric identification that uses mathematical pattern-recognition techniques on video images of one or both of the irises of an individual's eyes, whose complex patterns are unique, stable, and can be seen from some distance. The discriminating powers of all biometric technologies depend on the amount of entropy they are able to encode and use in matching. Iris recognition is exceptional in this regard, enabling the avoidance of "collisions" (False Matches) even in cross-comparisons across massive populations. Its major limitation is that image acquisition from distances greater than a meter or two, or without cooperation, can be very difficult.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2021.101014
Abstract: The majority of construction businesses today use different models for cost control or material estimation. This estimation is done before the construction begins while the cost control is done during the later period. Therefore, the different options available for cost estimation as well as material estimation may complicate the process. Overestimating and underestimating can also have adverse effects. This application aims to integrate and simplify solutions to all these problems into a single application.
This project aims to develop software that calculates cost and materials used based on blueprints or models of the building; input constraints include the building dimensions or pre-loaded layouts in a library. The project will provide suffice model for estimation for commercial as well as domestic purpose. Considering continuous construction and improvements which are frequent in developing countries like India, the model’s application tends to be useful for apartments, malls, condos, houses, studios, shopping complexes and workshops.

Multiple Controllers in SDN – A Comprehensive Survey
Mr.M.Ahsan Shariff
DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2021.101023
Abstract: Software-defined networking technology is an approach that decouples the data plane and control plane providing programmatically efficient network configuration in order to improve network performance and monitoring than traditional network management. The controller is a central unit that controls the SDN model. Through this controller, all the communication takes place. In spite of such capability, one of the difficulties of the SDN controller is a single point of failure hence If the controller fails or is hacked, the entire system will either fail or get corrupted. Multiple controllers help to improving the network reliability because the data plane can continue to operate even if one controller fails. Furthermore, a single SDN controller has many drawbacks on both performance and scalability. Thus, multiple controllers are required and critical for large-scale networks. This paper surveys latest researches on multiple controllers of SDN, benefits and challenges of multiple controllers are discussed after giving an overview of SDN and OpenFlow in the paper. Finally, we conclude this survey paper with some proposed works and suggested open research directions

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2021.101024
Abstract: Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease) is an infectious disease caused by a group of viruses named Coronavirus. It primarily affects the lungs of a person. With millions of death across the globe due to this virus, it is necessary to create a system that predicts whether a person is infected with the virus. The use of statistical and machine learning algorithms can be used for the early prediction of the disease. In this paper, a Deep Convolutional Neural Network(DCNN) has been used to predict whether a pair of lungs are infected with Covid-19 or Healthy or just Viral Pneumonia. Covid-19 Radiography dataset has been used to develop the CNN model to predict the presence of the disease in the lungs. In pre-processing, initially, the image data were normalized and feature extraction was carried out for enhanced accuracy. Finally, data augmentation increases the number of images that improves the accuracy of the proposed model. This paper discusses the classification accuracy, precision, recall, f-score and AUC score which are used as evaluation metrics for the proposed DCNN model. The performance of the proposed DCNN is compared with that of two pre-trained models: ResNet-50 and Inception-V3. The proposed model achieved a training accuracy of 98.86% and test accuracy of 94%. This project can help in the early prediction of the disease by using x-ray images of the lungs.

Abstract: In today’s fast-growing world of internet, we see most existing surveillance systems require human interaction where security guards watch the monitor wall and manually trigger alarms when they detect security violations. Due to the lack of attention of the operator, the possibility of missing alarms is high, even for well-trained security personnel. These issues lead to the need for an automated video surveillance system, an artificial intelligent system, which is designed to automatically tracks, security violations in a monitored scene. Video surveillance involves the act of observing a scene for a specific behavior that are improper, and by using the object detection algorithm detect the improper object and track that object. Video surveillance is having vast number of applications. The aim of the surveillance applications is to detect, track and classify targets. We have specifically focused on object detection.
