Abstract:
The increasing demand for low power mobile computing and consumer electronics products has refocused VLSI design in the last two decades on lowering power and increasing energy efficiency. Power reduction is treated at all design levels of VLSI chips. From the architecture through block and logic levels, down to gate level circuit and physical implementation, one of the major dynamic power consumers in the system clock signal, typically responsible for up to 50% of the total dynamic power consumption. Clock network design is a delicate procedure and is therefore done in a very conservative manner under worst case assumptions. It incorporates many diverse aspects such as selection of sequential elements, controlling the clock skew, the decision of the topology and physical implementation of the clock distribution network. Keywords:

Abstract: Virtualization is its need to be modest and not influence the performance. . Virtualization is a rising innovation in the ongoing processing universes and has turned into a stage for the execution of utility registering (for example distributed computing) and the rising Virtual Private Networks. It incorporates and coordinate IT assets there by lessening expenses and vitality utilization. Virtualization has incredibly affected the utilization of IT as a way to helping organizations accomplish their business objectives. The intensity of programming characterized models liberates us from a considerable lot of the physical limitations of equipment and enables us to enhance every one of the assets we have available to us, utilizing IT significantly more prudent, versatile, and adaptable. The advantages managed through virtualization are incredible to such an extent that its ubiquity has now extended from its underlying server executions to capacity and systems administration frameworks. Frequently littler organizations are obliged by limited assets. They esteem arrangements that work to decrease costs and improve efficiency. Like the advantages offered through server virtualization, programming characterized capacity is intended to advance the utilization of assets; explicitly capacity assets. Virtualized stockpiling helps organizations incredibly decrease their equipment and asset costs, while improving unwavering quality, dexterity, and the capacity to scale their stockpiling. Respondents to the investigation announced that 35% of virtual stockpiling adopters diminished their general IT costs and 33% decreased their number of SAN (Storage Area Network) gadgets. Making unused space accessible for different applications enabled them to unite onto less assets. Capacity the board improved also, with 39% announcing that they had the option to decrease their time committed to SAN gadget the board. In a similar review, 49% of the associations announced a decrease in application vacation. Keywords: Virtualization, SAN, Storage, Performance

Abstract:
Data driven gating is causing area and power overheads that must be considered. To reduce the overhead, it is proposed to group several FFs to be driven by the same clock signal, generated by bring the enabling signals of the individual FFs. This may however, lower the disabling effectiveness. In a recent paper, a model for data-driven gating is developed based on the toggling activity of the constituent FFs. The optimal fan-out of a clock gate yielding maximal power savings is derived based on the average toggling statistics of the individual FFs, process technology, and cell library in use. Data driven clock gating is a popular technique used in many synchronous circuits for reducing dynamic power dissipation. When a logic unit is clock, its underlying sequential elements receive the clock signal regardless of whether they will toggle in the next cycle. In this flip-flops are grouped so that they share a common clock enabling signal to reduce the hardware overhead and power consumption. Keywords: Data Driven, Logic Gates, Flip-Flops, Clock Gating, AND Clock Gating

Abstract: So far we are controlling many electrical devices at homes, colleges, offices, institutions manually. To control all electrical devices we need a lot of “MAN POWER”. If manpower increases maintenance cost also rises. This doesn’t cause any benefit to the college. So to avoid these kinds of drawbacks we need some wireless controlling systems. This communication system can be used in all fields like industry, domestic purposes like home appliances controlling using sensor or voice command as a remote. This system can be used by elder or disable persons who are unable to go to the switchboard to control the devices. Remote operation is using smart phones or devices with Android operating system, upon a GUI (Graphical User Interface) based voice command. This Arduino based voice controlled college appliances using Wi-Fi uses the android application that sends voice command to the devices through the Wi-Fi. This system reduces human labour, effort, time and errors due to human negligence. We can control all loads at a time from one place without connecting any physical wire between loads and control room.

Abstract:
The ever increasing population along with frequent weather changes is exposing humans to a greater number of problems. This attributes to the increase in the levels of risk. The culture of risk prevention and management is increasingly widespread – also due to the huge media coverage of such phenomena – but cities are complex systems where strict planning is ineffective. Despite the efforts to minimize the risk, disasters occur all the time: in order to have a good disaster response capacity, the need of an adequate awareness of the present and upcoming situation is clear. Current trends in emergency management are going in the direction of structured data collection as a tool to improve reaction time and to allow analyses through geoinformation and geostatistics. Such a problem emerged worldwide in huge events (e.g. the Haiti Earthquake in 2010), but the state of the art lacks solutions focused on communication and designed with the aim of satisfying these requirements. The IoT project tackles this problem. Although we propose a rather general solution, we consider as a reference case study flood emergencies in an urban setting, focusing on the city of Bangalore. We target the scenario of floods as they are fairly frequent in Indian cities, whilst at the same time being difficult to manage. Our project is concerned with exchange and availability of real time information among emergency coordinators: our solution is able to help them in analyzing data retrieved from various sources and identifying problems in order to react in a timely manner. We focus on both integration and visualization: we integrate real time data from different sources (e.g. a mobile app handed out to rescuers) and visualize them in a clear and coherent map developed with web technologies, so that it is possible to immediately answer questions such as “which are the most critical areas?” or “where are the rescue teams?”.Keywords:

Abstract:
Geographical science survey says as lots of countries (Bihar & Patna, Jammu Kashmir etc) unable to bulid software industries to the geographical map due to governmental scarcity of management ability to the technical education, governmental scarcity of technical ability to the technical education . to overcome the above problems , we have selected some talented brain from the listed countries “Kolkata, English Bazar and Delhi” and approved green color mark countries for IT industries to the geographical map due outstanding performance to the technical background. The success rate of software system depends upon the following: requirements elicitation technique, modeling, analysis, verification, validation &testing. In literature, we have identified different types of Software Testing Techniques like, black box techniques, white box techniques, and gray box techniques; and choosing one of them is not an easy task according to need/criteria of the software projects. Therefore, in order to address this issue, we present a fuzzy based approach for the selection of Software Testing Techniques. Finally, the utilization of the proposed approach is demonstrated with the help of an example. Keywords:

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2019.81116
Abstract:
Link reliability is a major problem in wireless communication. We have proposed a link expiration time estimation scheme which finds out estimation of LET for the mobile nodes having same distance with the source node in a definite cell and LET is compared for the two scenarios and actual LET is evaluated. Mobile nodes get combined and start forwarding of packets on the communication path. From the two calculated link expiration time least one will be treated as the actual expiration time. QualNet simulator with dimension 1500x1500 is used. Simulation provide transmissions for data packets of sender in reliable manner and increase the efficiency of scenario, such as the delivery ratio, average delay, average jitter, time spent in transmitting and receiving packets and the total number packets received resulting in maximum tendency of ZRP for number of packets received and AODV for various MAC layers parameters. Keywords:

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2019.81117
Abstract: Skin segmentation aims to locate skin regions in an input image. An algorithm for segmenting skin regions and non-skin regions in color images using color space and edge information has been used here for face detection. We propose a face detection method based upon the edge and skin tone information of the input color image. A pre-processing method uses color segmentation to achieve high performance in face detection. First, it consists of skin color information collection and segmentation. After skin color detection next step is to finding face among skin color detected region by using the golden ratio of face i.e. ratio of width and height of the human face. Here the first color image from input color space to RGB color space and then transferred into YCbCr and after this transformation, we have applied edge detection method to separate skin region and non-skin region. Here we have used two edge detection operators Canny and Sobel to find which operators detect better edges and we found that the performance of canny edge detection operator is much better than Sobel.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2019.81121
Abstract:
Storage Area Network and Cloud Computing are the domains which deal with various storage related computations that lead to better storage management. Storage management techniques for homogeneous and heterogeneous systems aredifferent. Much heterogeneous system uses offloading of various logical parameters and also provides intermediates such as interface engines in case of luster computing to achieve better system performance. while using such system lead to problems such as offloading of resources, large compute time, synchronization required between server and storage devices, large waiting time required for I/O operations, offloading large amount of data and various computational function etc. there are various approaches have been proposed to solve as system base or resource base application. Active storages etc. however, upgrading the system performance often required in existing solutions. The system performance can be improved by increasing speedup, decreasing latency period, etc. To achieve this we have come with a comparative study of tradeoff between. 1) Offloading of data and 2) Offloading of compute function This will lead in better decision making in order to achieve increased system performance. The tradeoff between these two deals with throughput, resource complexities, I/O time and bandwidth etc. The further advancements can be done in this field by studying more number of parameters and comparing them with respect to offloading of data and offloading of compute functions. Keywords:

The E-voting promises the possibility of convenient, easy and safe way to capture and count the votes in an election. This research project provides the specification and requirements for E-Voting using an Android platform. The e-voting means the voting process in election by using electronic device. The android platform is used to develop an E-voting application. In the proposed method the concept of e-voting application is created using android. The authentication is done through the face recognition through the mobile camera application. In this method the voter has to register using the application and the face recognition will be provided once the registration is successful. On scanning the face, the voter will be asked for the password. Once the authentication is done the voter is made to proceed with the voting process. The main purpose of implementing this concept is to increase the voting percentage. So that the voter is not required to visit the voting center to cast their vote and also to avoid fake voting. Keywords:

A Review on Detecting & Handling Black Hole Attack in WSN
Zahoor Ahmad Wani, Tarun Dhiman
DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2019.81128
Abstract: The network fails due to the depletion of energy in the central ring of nodes around the sink node, leaving the sink node segmented from the remaining viable network nodes. Due to this, this work proposes detection and prevention of black hole attack in WSN network. In rechargeable Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), a key concern is the max flow or data rate at one or more sinks.Black hole attack can cause decrease in energy as well as the network lifetime. Tabu Search is a meta-heuristic that guides a local heuristic search procedure to explore the solution space beyond local optimality. One of the main components of Tabu Search is its use of adaptive memory, which creates a more flexible search behaviour.
