Abstract:
The development of software for medical device manufacturing is a delicate process from many points of view, including protection and compliance with regulations. Medical device companies must be able to develop and show that they have carried out the development process over the entire life cycle of the product. Technology development included. As medical devices are increasingly sophisticated and software development regulations are some of the causes, we discuss how both factors have influenced the process of software development in a medical device manufacturing plant. We think the approach may have negative implications around the board. We also explored the utility of Lean Software Development because process consistency is required. Keywords:

Abstract: Bone cracks are the serious condition that people face often. In some medical applications, sensitivity in detection medical problems and the accuracy of detection are often in conflict. Detecting bone cracks by computer helps doctor to examine closely and it improves accuracy and timeliness. Hence developed such frame work which detects bone crack by image processing technique. Nowadays image processing techniques are very helpful in analyzing the image for various purposes. In this project we used image of a cracked bone as input to the frame work. This frame work algorithm includes the few steps: pre-processing, Segmentation and ROI search and detection. Features like length and pixel areas of the portions are utilized to recognize break in X-ray beam picture. Calculation has been recreated on different X-beam pictures which demonstrate great outcomes to find crack in picture. Likewise, right now found that canny edge detection works obviously better than some other edge recognition for portioning the cracked part.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9404
Abstract: Heart attack is one of the most alarming problem faced by individuals in today’s world. Lakhs of people die each year due to heart attack. This can be attributed to growing work pressure, mental stress, unhealthy food habits and ignorance towards ones health. For this one is often advised to consult a doctor regarding possible risks his/her heart may have and the appropriate measures to be taken to mitigate the risk. For this the patient’s report has to be carefully scrutinized by the doctor to find out any possible risk. However, this careful study of the patient’s report is time consuming and requires a lot of effort. Our project aims to reduce this effort and time required by developing a model to predict the risk an individual may have of suffering from a heart attack. An implementation of such a model is discussed in the upcoming sections. Also this model is accompanied by a user interface making it easy to use for the end user. The implementation of this model uses the dataset which includes data collected from various patients about all the relevant parameters required for the prediction of heart attack risk. The data is classified using the right algorithm to predict the level of risk the individual has of suffering from a heart attack.

Abstract: In this technical era, farming or agriculture industry in our country India is still working on the traditional ways it can be modernized with the help of the new technology available, to the livelihood as well as distribution & price control. With the help of this technology it will be easier to monitor farming productivity and also increase the profits in farming. IoT in the next few coming years will be the top connectivity in the farming field. This will offer a very precise crop controlling, automation water pump & pesticide spraying and many more advantages will be there of network farming. In this paper we developed a sensible and smart aquaponics farming monitoring system with the key technologies likes: IoT, Mobile computing (Application), different sensors, WIFI Module, GSM Module. This aquaponics system is the combination of both hydroponics and aquaculture concerning vertical farming. An important aim of this project is that it is beneficial for both fish and plant growth. In this model, the same fish tank water is used for the plant growth where the bacteria in water will act as fertilizer to plant as the same plant water will be filtered and transferred. This fish tank makes reusing of water which will become cost-effective. This framing can be done anywhere as it doesn’t have any size or place limit. This can also increase the revenue of both fish and plant farming. It is very easy as it can be managed by anyone in a small place with the help of technology.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9408
Abstract:
Scheduling is a key concept in computer multitasking and multiprocessing operating system design and in real-time operating system design by switching the CPU among process. Shortest Job First (SJF) is a wellknown algorithm in CPU processing. There are preemptive Shortest Job First and non preemptive Shortest Job First Algorithms. Preemptive SJF is when the process can be interupted when a new process gets in. When with non preemptive algorithm, the algorithm will continue to be finish eventhough a new process gets in. In this journal, we will discuss premptive Shortest Job First Algoritm in CPU processing. An efficient Shortest Job First is with lower average waiting time and turn around time. Three case studies are discussed to understand this algorithm more deeply. Abstract: Power requirement of the world are ever increasing. In order to fulfill these, it is essential to discover new energy sources or rather improve the existing techniques for extracting maximum energy. The Wind Tree is a concept that uses the helical blades for generation of electric power. The helical blade is Omni – directional which means it is capable of rotating irrespective of the wind flow. The aim of the project is generating electricity by means of small wafts of air that circulate around the buildings and streets with the help of aero leaves. Multiple number of leaf shaped aero leaves can be place in the form of tree and called as wind tree. Wind Tree uses tiny blades placed in the aero leaves to generate power from wind energy. Despite of the wind being fluctuating in nature; the turbine is capable of generating electricity 24*7 as a small waft of air is sufficient to rotate this turbine.

Medical Device Qualification Use

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9410
Abstract:
Before entering the market, the health authorities like the FDA must approve pharmaceutical products and medical devices. It is difficult to guarantee that the software is incorrect to prevent any effort to control medical information. All software is affected. But the correctness of medical experience is at least as critical in medical software as the correctness of the code itself. The medical software's contents can usually be measured, but the end-users have little time to do so or little incentive. The Internet allows non-professionals to provide commercial services. Several commercial platforms operate on the net for healthcare already. Since medical software is not guaranteed or regulated, anyone can sell medical software on the net. There is a risk that patients can use even though they are cautious enough not to use untested apps. In Finland, where more than 10% of the population uses the Internet on a weekly basis, there is a real problem. Inadequate services cannot be removed from the network and, therefore, high-quality services are necessary to direct users to use. The paper addresses various aspects of medical device evaluation. Keywords:

Analysis of 75 GHz Millimeter Wave Radio over Fiber-Based Fronthaul System for Future Networks
J.D. Gadze, R. Akwafo, E.A. Affum
DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9415
Abstract: Due to the exponential growth in demand for broadband data, future wireless communication systems will require data rates in the order of 10 Gbits/s and beyond. Currently, as the lower portion of the RF spectrum in the range of 700 MHz to 6 GHz is crowded and limited in bandwidth, it is envisaged that future wireless systems must operate at the higher unlicensed millimeter wave frequencies where vast of unused bandwidth is available. However, due to the short propagation range of mmWaves thus requiring tremendous increase in the number of BS, Radio over Fiber (RoF) technology has been proposed as a major access network solution for future high-bandwidth wireless communication systems. Also, multipath propagation delay spread effects associated with mmWaves have made higher modulation formats such as OFDM etc. stringent requirements for future wireless systems in terms of SNR. Although several works have been done by various researchers at 60, 82 and 110 GHz (characterized with very high attenuation), the purpose of the work done in this paper is to demonstrate the transmission and recovery of a 100 Gbit/s transmission link through OFDM modulation at 75 GHz (characterized by low attenuation) for 5G applications. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first significant work utilizing such mmWave frequency. In this paper, mmWave photonic communication system operating at 75 GHz using LiNb MZM is demonstrated for fiber lengths of up to 35km. The performance of this RoF system has been compared with PSK and QAM encoding formats for both coherent and direct detection systems. However, this work importantly takes into consideration DSP impairment compensation in the receiver system. The performance of the proposed RoF systems is evaluated in terms of QF, BER and the received signal power. The proposed system is modelled and simulated using Optisystem 16.

It is very important to monitor the earthing system. Mostly earthing are pipe type earthing and plate type earthing so, in a substation or any installation the pipe earthing are mostly used. If the leakage current increases and the person get in contact with the machine, it may get a severe shock. Hence, it is very important to continue monitoring the earthing system. In our project, we deals with the continuous monitoring of the earthing system. In this project we continuously monitoring the leakage current on the LCD, if the leakage current is more than permissible limit then there will an alarm and similarly if the moisture of the earth gets decreases, the earth resistance increases. This will be also displayed on the LCD that will especially monitor for the leakage current magnitude in order to maintain in the permissible limit. If the permissible Limits get increases there will be an alarm signal or there will be a message to the observer through GSM device. We are mostly using GSM technology to transfer the data from one place to another so, overall our project deals with the remote monitoring of the earthing system.
