Abstract:
Solar panel has been used increasingly in recent years to convert solar energy to electrical energy. The solar panel can be used either as a stand-alone system or as a large solar system that is connected to the electricity grids. The earth receives 84 Terawatts of power and our world consumes about 12 Terawatts of power per day. We are trying to consume more energy from the sun using solar panel. In order to maximize the conversion from solar to electrical energy, the solar panels have to be positioned perpendicular to the sun. Thus, the tracking of the sun location and positioning of the solar panel are important. The goal in this paper is to design an automatic tracking system, which can locate position of the sun. The tracking system will move the solar panel so that it is positioned perpendicular to the sun for maximum energy conversion at all time. Photo resistors will be used as sensors in this system. The system will consist of light sensing system, microcontroller, gear motor system, and a solar panel. Our system will output up to 40% more energy than solar panels without tracking systems. Keywords:

Abstract: The libraries are an organized collection of different sources of information where an individual can easily borrow the information in the form of a book/journals or can refer to the sources there itself. Modern libraries simply work using manpower and are time inefficient. But the use of the digital library makes the performance of using the library to be more efficient by providing quick access to services and information. This project aims to design and implement a digital and virtual access library for monitoring and controlling transactions in the library. Autonomous Integrated Library (AI-L) is a next-generation library for non-academic or academic libraries in which every single task will be done digitally i.e. by using an android application by the user and web application by the administrator. Both interface will share common centralized real-time cloud database. Autonomous Integrated Library will be a paperless library system in which there will be no complexity for the librarian to maintain records of the borrower manually rather all the information is saved digitally in cloud and the information is also available in real-time.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9512
Abstract: One of the most complex creation of the universe is a Human Brain. A human being is known for efficiently using his brain. The human intelligence can be stored in a virtual brain which is widely known as "Blue Brain". That means machines can also replace human brains. The main motto is that, the ultimate source of information and innovation must be preserved. Clearly speaking, a normal human being will not be alive forever but the knowledge of the brain should be used even after his death. The main goal of neuroscience is understanding the biologically related mechanisms that are responsible for mental activity of human brain. In focus, the study of cerebral cortex is the most challenging task for science in near future. Presently scientists are researching to create an artificial brain that can accomplish the tasks like thinking, responding, taking up decisions and keeping everything in memory. So that after a human's death the virtualized brain contains his intelligence, knowledge, personalities, feelings and memories of that man which can be used for developing the society.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9515
Abstract: Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a cluster of portable wireless nodes that energetically organize an interim system. MANETs typically configured without any single control unit; devices operating in a MANET depend on external groups to route information towards their targets. There may be risks of various forms of malware attacks in these networks that can trigger the whole system to break. The black hole attack is one of the noteworthy outbreaks in the most prevalent on-demand routing protocols ad hoc network. In this paper, a novel approach proposed to find the black hole attacks in MANETs and to protect against the threat. The method proposed is based on promiscuous listening and is used to identify nodes that misbehave. For a particular node, the number of data packets lost and the number of data packets successfully transmitted can be identified by the node constitutes a criterion for labeling the node as either disobeying or well-behaving. Based on the threshold value, disobeying and well behaving nodes are identified. Once finding a disobeying node, the finding node tries to stop the node from being misbehaved and routes the packets through a separate direction to reach a secure route. The metrics such as packet size, overhead, average End to end delay evaluated by simulation. The result shows that in the presence of black holes with minimum delay and better packet delivery ratio. The proposed black hole AODV outperforms than the traditional AODV. Keywords: On-Demand distance vector, Proactive, Replication, Routing Information table.

Cloud Based Application for Contract Management And Freight Invoice Auditing of Air Freight- Blockchain Based Approach
Sampreeth R, Yohan S, Altamash Saqib, Raj Jain, Suhas S
DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9523
Abstract: Logistics is normally outsourced to Logistics Service Providers(LSPs) by Customers so that they can continue to focus on other important activities that they are specialized in, which improves efficiency and lowers logistics costs. Selection of LSP, optimal pricing and performance of the LSP has a significant impact on the profitability of the company and customer satisfaction. Currently, the process of issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) to LSPs, securing rates, negotiation and selection of LSP is done manually either over phone/mail and managed through spreadsheets. The current process is not transparent and not very efficient due to manual processes. Further, verification/audit of freight bills is done manually which is prone to errors and does not address the issue of excess/double billing. Assigning of General Ledger (GL) codes to freight bills during accounting of freight costs, (based on shipment parameters), i.e being done manually through excel sheets, With increase in demand for logistics due to free international trade, there is a requirement for a cloud based Business to Business(B2B) e-commerce tool which offers companies to secure quotes, negotiate rates, facilitate submission of freight invoices by LSP and enable companies to verify freight invoices against agreed rates.. This paper discusses “AirfreightPro”, a collaborative cloud based tool which attempts to solves the problems faced in existing system by automating the freight contracting process right from issue of RFQ, securing rates,  award of contract and also enable LSP to submit freight invoices online to the Customer. The tool makes use of “Blockchain” methodology of distributed ledger to facilitate timely payments and avoid excess payments.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9524
Abstract:
In cloud computing, data generated in electronic form are in large amount. To maintain this data efficiently, there is a necessity of data recovery services. To cater this, in this topic we propose a smart remote data backup plan using Seed Block Algorithm (SBA) with Advance Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm. In this topic we are proposing a procedure which allows users to store their data onto the cloud, as soon as the file is stored at the first cloud server it gets encrypted using AES. In case if the certain file gets deleted due to any reason, AES helps to recover that file from a backup file which is stored at a remote location. The time related issues are also being solved by proposed method such that it will take minimum time for the recovery process. Proposed method also focuses on the security concept for the back-up files stored at remote server using AES encryption algorithm. Keywords:

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9525
Abstract:
Object Detection using Haar feature-based cascade classifiers is an effective object detection method, "Rapid Object Detection using a Boosted Cascade of Simple Features". It is a machine learning based approach where a cascade function is trained from a lot of positive and negative images. It is then used to detect objects in other images. Moving object identification and tracking motion is the base source to extract vital information regarding moving objects from sequences in continuous image-based surveillance systems. An advanced approach to motion detection for automatic image analysis has been presented in the paper. This achieves complete detection of moving object which is robust against of changes in brightness, dynamic variations in the surrounding environment and noise from the background. The proposed method is a pixel dependent and non-parametrized approach that is based on first frame to build the model. The detection of the foreground which represents the object and background which is the surrounding of the environment starts once the subsequent frame is captured. It utilizes unique tracking methodology that identifies and eliminates the ghost object from dissolving into the background of the frame. The proposed algorithm has been test implemented on several open source image by imposing single set of variables to overcome shortcomings of relevant and recently developed techniques. Keywords:

Abstract:
Audio to video conversion consists of the development of a contributory software for hearing aided people, Audio to video conversion records audio and produces sign language video of that audio. The goal of this application is to create the foundation for a spatial platform for aided people. The application has a user-friendly interface. A folder will consist of videos of alphabets and numeric sets, to convert each line into the sign language word by word. It is a standalone software for personal computers so no user database is maintained and no registration is required, but data of their previously converted audios is maintained. A line on the screen will appear prompting the user to give the input audio which has to be converted, the user can either say it or play the audio, you can also use earphones to give the audio input. This application records the audio maintaining a minimum threshold of audio using python packages like pyaudio and wave. The application will process the audio using the python library called speech recognition which will convert audio into text. Using the requests module of python we extract the video files from an online platform handspeak.com, moviepy.editor is being used for editing the video for giving the desired output. The python module shutil is used to copy the extracted video file into a folder called cache where the user can access the converted audio to video. “Audio to video conversion” is developed using python and it’s advanced libraries. A simple atom editor is used for coding and importing the required modules. ÂKeywords:

Abstract: Nowadays, sustainable development is considered a key concept and solution in creating a promising and prosperous future for human societies. Nevertheless, there are some predicted and unpredicted problems that epidemic diseases are real and complex problems. Hence, in this research work, a serious challenge in the sustainable development process was investigated using the classification of confirmed, death, and recovery cases of COVID-19 as one of the epidemic diseases. The inception of the coronavirus was the fish market of Wuhan city, Hubei territory in China. The instances of somebody experiencing COVID-19 can be followed back to the finish of December 2019 in China. This is the most irresistible malady and spread worldwide inside a quarter of a year after the main case announced. The complete name of the coronavirus is serious intense respiratory disorder SARS-CoV. Thus, the data mining predictive modelling method of data handling and predictive or forecasting the spread of COVID-19 virus. The full name of the coronavirus is severe acute respiratory syndrome SARS-CoV. It spread on humans as well as animals and infected around 213 countries and territories with 6,399,977 confirm cases and 378,065 deaths till 2 June 2020. This study introduces the spreading pattern of COVID-19 in the top ten infected countries. After China, European countries are the most infected ones. In this study, data was analysed on the attributes confirmed, active, recovered and death cases and the next 14 days outbreak prediction. This research work mainly works on worldwide COVID 19 data analysis and forecasting by using fbprophet. Prophet it is a python library package used for forecasting time series data based on an additive model where non-linear trends are fit with yearly, weekly, and daily seasonally, plus holiday’s effect. Being the COVID-19 pandemic during a very short time span, it is very important to analyze the trend of these spread and infected cases. The real-time datasets are used in this project and it plotted on the worldwide map. Firstly analyse the no. of infected people around the world, the no. of people who died, and the no. of recovered people in the world on the basis of real-time data. Secondly predicting and visualizing the Number of COVID-cases in India using the Fbprophet algorithm.

Abstract:
Large collection of data sets includes different types such as structured, unstructured and semi-structured data. This data is categories as “Big Data” due to its absolute volume, variety and velocity. Traditional data management, warehousing and analysis system fall short of tools to analyze this data. Big data exceeds the processing capability of traditional database to capture, manage, and process the voluminous amount of data. Due to its specific nature of Big Data, in this paper we first introduce the big data is stored in distributed file system architectures. Hadoop and HDFS by Apache is widely used for storing and managing Big Data and the data processing is done by the Map Reduced system. To process or analyse this huge amount of data or extracting meaningful information is a challenging task. ÂKeywords:

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9536
Abstract:
In the contemporary world no society in any country has a single ideology, especially in a democratic country like India. As any other country, we also have right-wing which enforces nationalism, conservatism and left-wing which is based on liberalism. Also, due to the growth of the Internet, social media has emerged as a great platform for people to express their opinions. Twitter has become a de facto standard platform for political based conversations. There are large numbers of tweets that are posted on twitter daily, most of them are biased towards right-wing or left-wing and the news reports from most of the media are also biased. In this paper we will present a machine learning model which can predict the bias in any given document for Indian context. ÂKeywords:

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9537
Abstract: The problems faced by airlines market is not unique. But their large amount of unstructured data and incomplete information creates a problem for analytics to analyze these data. So analyzing the complex unstructured data by using traditional tools and techniques is an expensive task. Airlines needed a proper analysis result to increase their market and reduce expenses. In this paper, the analysis of the airline data set is performed using Spark-SQL and hive which runs Hadoop in the background. HDFS is used for storing huge amount of airlines data, Hive and spark have been used for querying the data in which hive uses HiveQL statements which runs on MapReduce framework and spark uses Spark-SQL which runs on spark framework. Data visualization has been done by extracting the output of the HIVE and SPARK query in excel and plotting the data using line and bar plot charts. The visualization of the data shows some patterns that exist different airlines delays caused by weather, security, NAS delay, late aircraft delay etc.

DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9539
Abstract: The Wheelchair chair is an assistive device used by the physically challenged people to move from one place to another. But there is some sort of difficulties in manual operation of the wheelchair by the physically challenged people. The main objective of this paper is to develop a wheelchair cum stretcher operated by the Head gestured recognition system. This provides mobility assistance and posture stability for bed ridden people and physically challenged people. The wheelchair can be converted to stretcher with the help of two-way electric actuator attached along with linkage mechanism provided in the back rest, seat, and leg rest portion of the wheelchair. The mobility is provided using the Head gestured recognition system operated with the help of the Arduino microcontroller and accelerometer sensor which is a 3 axes sensor used to sense the gesture of the user and manipulates the signal to the driving unit i.e. To the motor driver which transmits the signal to the DC geared motion to move the wheelchair forward, backward, left or right respectively. Keywords: Arduino microcontroller, Accelerometer sensor, Two-way electric actuator, DC geared motor.

Abstract: Google Spreadsheet is a powerful tool to manage student records online. It is more than a Web 2.0 version of Microsoft Excel as it performs many functions that are not available in Excel. One of many uses of Google Spreadsheets that could be useful to lecturers is managing students' grades and attendance online. In this paper, the author wishes to present his innovative ways of managing students' grades and attendance records using the wonder of Google Spreadsheet. In order to experiment with the Google way of doing things, the author embarked on a self-directed learning journey of discovering the functionality of the tools. By immersing himself with hundreds of syntax used to create functions in Google Spreadsheet, he managed to create a number of potentially useful innovations, Java is one of the world's most important and widely used computer languages, and it has held this distinction for many years. Unlike some other computer languages whose influence has worn with the passage of time, while Java's has grown. Java is a high level, robust, object-oriented, and a secure and stable programming language but it is not a pure object-oriented language because it supports primitive data types like int, char etc. Java is a platform-independent language because it has runtime environments i.e. JRE and API. Here platform means a hardware or software environment in which application runs. Java codes are compiled into byte code or machine-independent code. This byte code is run on JVM (Java Virtual Machine). The syntax is Java is almost the same as C/C++. But java does not support low-level programming functions like pointers. The codes in Java are always written in the form of Classes and objects. As of 2020, Java is one of the most popular programming languages in use, especially for the client-server web applications. It has been estimated that there are around nine million Java developers inside the world.

Real Time Vehicle Location Finder
Preety Singh
DOI: 10.17148/IJARCCE.2020.9544
Abstract: Locating a parked vehicle in a big parking ground has become an elusive task that troubles the vehicle owner and parking management equally. Though, the alarm system of some modern cars helps a bit, other vehicles generally do not have such inbuilt embedded feature in it. The problem becomes even worse at night time. This project proposes an IoT solution to the aforementioned problem that lets the user find the real time location of their vehicle and trace the path via map. It also shows an effective solution to one of the problem statements of GIH (Gujrat Industrial Hackathon) 2018-19, problem ID- GIH144. To get the real time location of vehicle we have made use of GPS Technology. To fetch the GPS data, we used Neo 6m GPS module that gives raw data in the form of NMEA Sentences. Interpretation and processing of this data is done through NodeMCU which is an open source Lua based firmware for the ESP8266 WiFi SoC from Espressif. To program the microcontroller i.e., coding, compiling and ultimately flashing this code, we used Arduino which is also an open source electronic prototyping platform. In programming, TinyGPS++ library is used to process NMEA sentences, SoftwareSerial library for making serial communication between the GPS module and microcontroller, and functions related to WiFi are handled through the library ESP8266WiFi. To provide user interface to the user, the application made use of Blynk platform.
