IDPR –International Data Privacy and Regulation

Abstract: Our project ultimately aims to offer a scalable and flexible solution that can be customized to meet the specific needs of various industries, from finance to healthcare. By ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and implementing a robust security framework, our project not only protects sensitive data but also helps organizations build trust with customers and regulatory authorities. Its comprehensive approach ensures that data management practices align with both current and future data protection requirements. With digital connectivity at an all-time high, protecting personal information has become a matter of utmost concern for individuals, organizations, and governments around the world. This paper delves into the complex world of International Data Privacy Regulation (IDPR) and offers a comprehensive solution to tackle global data protection issues. An Electronic Health Record (EHR) is an electronic copy of a patient's paper chart, intended to hold a complete, up-to-date, and patient-focused set of health data. It is utilized by clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to coordinate care efficiently.
